Veteran Argentine winger Angel Di Maria has declare that he is not tire of criticising Louis van Gaal, the Dutch manager he work with at Manchester United.
Di Maria worked with Van Gaal at United in the 2014/15 season but his campaign was disappointing, scoring just four goals in 32 appearances, in contrast to his successful spells at other clubs including Rosario Central, Benfica, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus.
The dribbling winger has previously been quote as saying Van Gaal was the worst coach he had ever encounter and contribute to his nightmare spell at Old Trafford.
Most recently, Di Maria, who recently retire from the Argentina national team after helping the team win the 2024 Copa America last summer. Has come out to confirm that he will never get tire of chasing and cleaning up the Dutch coach.
“Louis van Gaal is the worst coach I’ve ever met and I can never stop saying that,” Di Maria told the Netflix documentary Breaking Down the Wall.
“We beat them (the Netherlands in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup) on penalties. Even though he said the team didn’t lose. He knew everything ยูฟ่าเบท and in the end he had to stuff his words in… well. Let’s just say that if you speak in the most graphic way, he had to swallow his own words.”
