Entrance to the master bedroom through the dressing room kills it for me.

Gorgeous! Can’t imagine the money they spent. Was wondering what shows to the outside with the windows behind cupboards??

I know this judgey…but I live in 1100 sq feet & that feels a little decadent for one person. 1200 sq feet for a master? It just seems like a lot, in my opinion. That said, your space planning is awesome as always.

As for taking a shower in their new shower, just tell them you need to test it out to make sure that it really is a great design, functional and that it was installed properly. After all, you cannot leave them with something that may not work to their best advantage. Also you can say you want to use it to make sure any future home you design with similar types of plumbing will also be "tried and true" personally by you. I would buy that, wouldn't you? Makes you sound like you are extra thorough! LOL!

1200 s. f. master suite….daaamn! My kids and I had a house that was just 1000… and it worked well for us. Despite the washer bein' in the garage, we used it as a kind of party room, we cd use for playing music , or having private phone conversations or guests. We felt extremely blessed to have that house. It was really plenty for us.

I just discovered you and your channel. LOVE what I have seen so far. I realize this was done years ago, however, I have to ask…Did you add a rail upstairs for the new walkway? And entering the master bedroom…do the clients have to walk into the sink area? Is the bathroom the entrance?

Im not sure how I would feel with stairs that upstairs has no rail tho, especially with kids..I feel unsafe. But over all you did a great job again

  • yvonne gathing February 13, 2018 at 12:35 pm

Everything was going great until I saw the stairs upstairs. That is not cool doesn't even look attractive without a banister. What about the 2 year old when she goes upstairs. Not even the 2 year old, I would worry for anyone's safety. Why? That's the question. It just doesn't look finished or proper
