My living/dining small room is half way to a bitty man cave. I call it my study. I just decided to build book shelves behind the executive desk… It is an open divider now. Only 5 feet wide! Still, it will look awesome, faces the entry.

Hi Rebecca, I don't know if you ever going to read my comment but I am just gonna tell  you anyway. I have been watching your videos for months and we just recently got married and purchased our new home this year. It is a 4 bedroom single house with family room and a living room with basement (about 2200 sqf). It is very overwhelming for me to decorate the whole house as we are starting from the scratch since my husband lived in a small apartment with not much furniture before we got married so you know, I did not inherit much from him. I have to buy every single pieces in a budget and I have been inspired by you so much that anything I buy, I try to mimic your design with less costly furniture and décor idea. I kind of finish decorating our living room and family room by following your videos. I am thinking to make a video of my living and family room so you will see how I have done so far. Maybe you can give me some suggestion or tips that can help me improve my decoration. You are such an incredible lady with so much taste and style. I love you and your work so so much. I spend a lot of time watching your videos over and over again just so I can get ideas from them 🙂 Keep up the good work and I will my first video once I get some free time (I work full time).

I am currently considering molding and adding a shelves to my livingroom. I like your ideal. Just say no the candy! LOL. Isn't that the flower pillow case you used in how to make a bed video? I hate looking at flooring….hate it because I cant make a decision on what to choose when it comes to carpet or tile!!! I really really want wood flooring in the kitchen and living room area…but my husband absolutley wont go for it!!
    Cute wedges.

    Nice shoes.

  • Blu-TSX February 7, 2018 at 5:47 pm

I like the simple and clean lines, just my opinion… It calms the busyness of the built-in's. The lines do give it a more high-end look, it's all personal preference.

  • Ivy February 7, 2018 at 5:47 pm
